Summary:This position is to control documents and processes related to Technical Service Department, arrange meetings and trainings for technical support engineers, and assist with ISO activities.Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:
Job included but not limited to:
  • Create and maintain documents for Technical Support team such as ISO document, Corrective/Preventive Action Reports, etc.

  • Complete assignments according to set standards in regards to conciseness, clarity, style and terminology.

  • Arrange for distribution of written material.

  • Gather information from several resources for document content.

  • Arrange team meetings, trainings, collect & post records of meetings & trainings such as attendant list, training materials.

  • Maintain ISO compliance status by ensuring all documents, processes, forms follow ISO standards.

  • Plan ISO training and audit for TS team

  • Represent TS and company during ISO and customer audits

  • Analyze audit results and review audit responses for TS team

  • Manage and control inventory for Technical Support Department to prevent loss or excess

Qualifications:

  • AA or better in English with knowledge in computer systems is preferred

  • Proficient in the use in Adobe InDesign and FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and Windows Office apps (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)

  • Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other team members

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills

As a result, the Adobe Sign presales team is looking to build a Value Engineering organization for multiple industries. Primary industries include: Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Telco, State/Local, High Tech & Life Sciences in the first wave of adoption. This is an opportunity to help build the value engineering function within the Adobe Sign field organization and have a major revenue impact within a growing enterprise level solution. What you'll do * Learn the capabilities of Adobe Document & Creative Cloud software and the business impact both bring to our customers * Establish sales engagement methodology and Value-based content formats in collaboration with the Adobe Sign presales and field teams; align those methodologies with the larger Adobe Value Engineering organization. * Lead the build-out of rich industry specific value props and participate in strategic deals * Interview customers & prospects to understand their business priorities and to collect the data needed for value calculations * Build business cases, use cases, and solution training as needed to prepare customer value Point of Views – this includes delivery of presentations to key stakeholders across WWHO and the business units. * Work with the larger Sales Enablement and Corporate/Product Marketing teams to make business value and impact a core part of Adobe's marketing message. What you need to succeed * 3+ years' experience as a Value Engineer, with a proven track-record of success, within a software company that employs value-based selling – cloud-based solutions ideal. Working knowledge of the enterprise software sales cycle is essential – including the sales of both software and services. Prior vertical experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Media, eCommerce and/or Travel & Hospitality also helpful and preferred. * Prior experience within presales as a Solution Consultant, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Solution Architect also helpful. * Proven track record of supporting as well as collaborating strategically with a large Field sales organization. This includes client-facing delivery of content, whiteboarding and deal scoping. * Expert MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Attending to detail. Accuracy in reporting. Knowledge of CRM tools also helpful. * BS/BA or equivalent experience required. MBA preferred.
