Create and maintain documents for Technical Support team such as ISO document, Corrective/Preventive Action Reports, etc.
Complete assignments according to set standards in regards to conciseness, clarity, style and terminology.
Arrange for distribution of written material.
Gather information from several resources for document content.
Arrange team meetings, trainings, collect & post records of meetings & trainings such as attendant list, training materials.
Maintain ISO compliance status by ensuring all documents, processes, forms follow ISO standards.
Plan ISO training and audit for TS team
Represent TS and company during ISO and customer audits
Analyze audit results and review audit responses for TS team
Manage and control inventory for Technical Support Department to prevent loss or excess
AA or better in English with knowledge in computer systems is preferred
Proficient in the use in Adobe InDesign and FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and Windows Office apps (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other team members
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills
