The Digital business unit bundles OSRAM's businesses that benefit most from the ongoing digitalization process. These range from electronic components and lighting systems to hardware and software for lighting management. Digital also includes entertainment applications covering stage, studio, and film set lighting.
Your new responsibilities
Operate as a central contact and administrator for all ERP document setup and Change Management tasks
Process documents and deliverables in the ERP system including, but not limited to SKU creation, SKU editing and Change Management
Provide document management and change support to Quality, Product Management, Operations, Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Supply Chain/Procurement team
Maintain flexibility to provide additional support as requested or required bases on individual project needs
Change Management duties as assigned by the Director of Quality
What we look for
Minimum of 3 years related experience in Document Control and/or Change Management
Proficiency with understanding and operating ERP systems, Microsoft Office and other MS products
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and effectively manage multiple daily tasks
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Must be task driven, self-disciplined, well organized and a team player
Self-motivating, self-managing, quality mind-set, eye for design detail, honest, diligent, and team player
