Job Description At IPS, you will apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people, solving complex challenges related to pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health research and manufacturing facilities.

We are looking for a Document Control Specialist to join our team out of our office located in Blue Bell, PA or Cherry Hill, NJ.

Position Responsibilities Ensure compliance with corporate document conventions, including numbering and approvals. Liaise with the Project Managers to establish document distribution plans for each assigned project.

Maintain document distribution systems and schedules for assigned projects based on client, project, and contractor requirements.

Expedite review, approval, and distribution of supplier and internally produced project documents. Establish and maintain electronic indices of project documents and generate reports that meet project requirements.

Support preparation of transmittals of engineering and procurement documents.

Arrange catalog, package, long-term storage, and disposal of project documents at the time of project closeout. Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience in document control experience in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry (A/E/C). Proven work experience using File Sharing sites for document posting, uploading, downloading, and manipulation (SharePoint, FTP, etc.). Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications Familiar with Web Page Administration and Bluebeam Knowledge of Procore and Prolog Context, Environment, & Safety Several initiatives will require collaboration with other IPS Regional Offices and Project Teams. Travel may be required based on the team or project location. Attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas.
