Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Document Control Specialist for employment in the Dallas, TX. office.

Responsibilites may include:

  • Assist in the preparation of the project-related documents (meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, etc.)

  • Maintain (and implement as needed) an appropriate document control system for the project(s)

  • Provide document control support to the project and construction management teams

  • Assist the project teams with collecting, organizing, copying, scanning and filing project-related documentation

  • Interface with DFW's DCC document control organization and ensure timely submittal of all necessary documents

  • Enter new documentation, and ensure accuracy and completeness of existing documentation, in DFW's Oracle Unifier system

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relaated field of study

  • 5+ years of document control experience

  • Must have prior experience with Oracle Unifier (Skire) document management system

  • Must be able to obtain a SIDA-cleared badge at DFW

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Due to the nature of this position, US Citizenship is required
