The Document Control Representative collaborates directly with the department supervisor and the manufacturing department to create, maintain, and control effective work instructions and documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

What youll do:

  • Create, update, and maintain online manufacturing work instructions.
  • Designate/coordinate the approval path for new/changed documentation. Fast track approvals as needed.
  • Continually improve documentation format and content.
  • Contribute to a positive team working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What youll need:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to actively follow detailed directions written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Advanced level of proficiency in computer systems, including CAD and photo editing software
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make productive use of time
  • A strong work ethic and desire to succeed

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
  • Experience with Doc Control/Configuration Management Software and standard processes including file structures, release, and change control processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-year Technical or Business degree
  • Basic Bill of Material (BOM), Component Identification, and PCBA Assembly
  • Documentation experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Experience with good documentation practices

Our team is responsible for partnering with the Purpose, External Reporting and Legal teams to align ESG reporting processes and controls within the framework to include ESG data into Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings. <br><br> To achieve common goals, we add value and create positive energy to build and maintain trust with our business partners as we implement new ESG disclosures.</p><p>WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON</p><p>In this role you will play a key role in driving our ESG reporting strategy. We have a strong history of ESG reporting and in this role, you will partner closely with the Purpose, Legal and External Reporting teams to understand risks and implement controls to support mandatory disclosures in our SEC filings. <br><br> These disclosures will be subject to controls attestations and validation by external auditors. You'll capitalize on your deep understanding of risk and controls, SEC reporting rules, demonstrating a passion for learning new and emerging ESG reporting frameworks, to drive cross functional collaboration and implement controls related to new SEC disclosures related to ESG. Maintaining appropriate industry expertise and technical knowledge, you will translate and communicate effectively to partners in non-technical language, including being the key point of contact for external auditors.
