Job Description:

  • Follows written procedures

  • Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity

  • Performs regular quality assurance tasks and provides timely feedback/coaching as needed.

  • Uses proprietary software tools to process or QA documents

  • Communicates obstacles immediately to leadership

  • Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards

  • Assists with special projects as assigned

  • Works with the management team to develop subject matter expertise in Document Control

  • Works closely with management to manage own project components and objectives

  • Assists in the development of, and maintenance of, technical procedures and training materials

  • Adheres to quality standards, and best practices for developing instructional materials

  • Provides training and answers questions for new and existing staff on new or existing projects.

  • Works with management to improve and adapt department processes to meet deliverables

  • Is flexible with time and skills

  • Second shift, 0330PM-12AM (M-F)

Knowledge/Skill/Ability:

An individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:

  • Records and enters time worked daily by client

Experience:

  • 2+ years working in a Document Control setting, or other relevant experience

  • 1+ years working as a team lead, or other relevant experience

  • Basic knowledge of Office Suite and Outlook

  • Comfortably types at 45WPM

  • Experience handling multiple projects and/or competing deadlines simultaneously
