Coordinates Document Control activities including triennial reviews, change requests, approval routings, revised software system updates, and training packet routing. Coordinates record control activities, enters quality data into databases and systems, and completes customer certificates requests and quality surveys.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.Coordinates site Document Control activities:
a. Oversees the completion of triennial document review activities
b. Processes change requests, including approval routings, and document releases to public files as needed.
c. Revises training software with updates as they are released.
d. Routes training packets to recipients.
2.Coordinates all Authorized Deviation activities, including the timely closure of those activities.
3.Coordinates records and documents maintenance and storage.
4.Coordinates Quality Alert activities.
5.Leads the completion of customer surveys.
6.Leads the completion of certificates of compliance for customers outside of SAP.
7.Performs scheduled finished goods and raw material inspections in compliance with Owens & Minor Standard Operating Procedures (including the use of calibrated measuring devices as needed).
8.Assists with internal audits and recalls including database creation, maintenance, reporting, and correspondence as directed by Quality management team.
9.Assists in investigations and/or documentation of complaints as directed by Quality management team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
Three or more years of applicable experience required
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to perform functions in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
Good verbal and written communications skills
Manages time and resources effectively through strong organization, multi-tasking, delegation, time management and project management skills
Works independently as a self-starter committed to delivering the highest in customer service, quality and results
