Your role:

  • Administer, monitor, and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (using EMDS ) and administer the electronic training system, including entering training records.

  • Receive, revise, issue, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), associated SOP documentation, and other controlled documentation per ISO.

  • Maintain paper and electronic documentation systems i.e. - local batch records, vendor files, customer files and SOPs.

  • Support the EDMS workflow approval process for the Cleveland site and for all global documentation.

  • Proactively review department processes and materials for efficiency and improvement. Make recommendations to department director/manager.

  • Assist in internal and customer audits in support of documentation systems.

  • Maintain knowledge of EDMS, LMS, and Trackwise.

  • Support coordination of customer audits as needed.

  • Serve as backup to other QA personnel, when requested.

  • Take part in and contribute to a safe working environment by following corporate and departmental safety regulations.

  • All other job-related duties and activities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills - MS Office.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic documentation or training management

  • Advanced knowledge of multiple software packages (MS Word, Power Point, Excel).

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.

  • Knowledge / experience with documentation systems

  • 2 - 4 years applicable business experience.

  • Strong reading, writing, comprehension skills.

  • Proof reading / editing skills.

  • Working knowledge of Quality Assurance practices.
