Document Control Associate

The Document Control Associate is an entry level overtime eligible position that reports to the Document Control Manager and supports the documentation department The pay range for this position is 2150 to 3100 per hour Compensation will be determined based on education experience and other factors in accordance with applicable laws Essential Functions Assist in drafting revising and obsoleting documents including but not limited to SOPs operator manuals marketing documents purchasing specifications technical documents and labelsSupport the process of improvement using quality assurance philosophies and best practicesMaintain quality documentation from across the organization within a Quality Management SystemPerform QA review of documents and adjust to fit Charm Sciences formatting and quality standardsComplete operational tasks in support of organizational projectsPerform validations for new system integration or upgradesAssist in leading or participating in projects related to improving Document Control processesEnsure information is correct and current within the QMSControl the distribution of controlled documents ensuring the use of only correct versionsNothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeKnowledge Skills & Abilities Required Associate degree in science or technology related field0 3 years of QA or Documentation experienceExcellent attention to detail and quality mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and OutlookAbility to work with accuracy follow instructions schedules and timelinesAbility to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasksAbility to give and receive feedbackStrong critical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal skillsDiligent dependable and self motivatedAvailable to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 830 AM and 530 PM with some flexibilityPreferred GMP GLP GDP or ISO experienceExperience utilizing a QMS eg EtQ or MasterControlAdobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign experienceSolidworks Pro experienceCAPA experienceAuditing experienceKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its application in Quality Assurance programsPhysical Requirements Able to remain in a stationary position for an extended length of timeAble to work at a computer for an extended length of timeAble to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
