The Corporate Based Document Control Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, processing, standardizing, and maintaining all Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, File Systems, Tables of Contents, reference material, and similar documents.
Manage the completed documentation and file structure for company Standard Operating procedures, Work Instructions, forms, and similar
Manage the document review and approval process, tracking progress and execution.
Partner with each various Subject Matter Experts as they submit Documentation to transition into appropriately formatted and formalized Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
Proofread documentation to correct errors and assure consistency and accuracy of policies, templates or related content.
Create and or maintain standardized templates for documents, forms, attachments, and similar to provide consistent finished product
Maintain a formalized listing of documentation, accessible to personnel, which is up to date and accessible at all times.
Share best practices with authors regarding documentation, including maintenance of the documentation SOP and templates.
Convert older or other documentation into the most current MedMen format.
Assure that only the current, pdf version of documentation is available to users.
Communicate to users when new versions of documents are issued.
Partner with SME's to assure proper tracking of procedure changes when documents are updated (Revision Log).
Helping users find/obtain documentation upon request.

Two years of Coordinator or Administrative Assistant type of role.
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Documentation systems, including organization.
Expert level skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Four-year college degree.
3 years of related administrative experience
Experience with writing SOPs and similar documents and making forms.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.)
No travel is expected for this position.
