Point Sebago Resort - Casco Maine Seasonal Work Period: Position work period from mid-April through mid-October 30 – 40 hours per week peak season – 15 – 25 hours per week off season Primary Duties & Responsibilities Delivering outstanding customer service to our guests, residents and annuals to provide a positive marina experience Assigns appropriately sized boat slips to guests and handles all marina inquiries Work with guest on prioritizing the waiting list in a fair and equitable manner Work closely with Front Office on reservations and to communicate and resolve any guest related issues that arise in a timely manner Coordinate with Facilities Department for dock spring installation, maintenance, electrical and fall removal Supports and always follows all Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy All other duties as may be assigned from time to time Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to be work nights and weekends Able to complete work assignments with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and works well in a team environment Basic building and mechanical skills Education and Experience Must have knowledge of marina operations, computer skills and other related experience Physical Requirements: Ability to walk long distances Ability to lift 25lbs.
