Medical Manufacturing Company in Springboro, Ohio is hiring! We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Document Control Technician at our facility in Springboro, OH (Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm - flexible start time.). The Document Control Technician is responsible for maintenance of various processes of Hardy's Quality Management System; including, but not limited to: document control, record control, scanning and change control. Documentation Control Technicians administrate various meetings as required by the company. This position requires the ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail.
Other duties include; but, not limited to:
Be familiar with Hardy Diagnostics' Quality System Program
Assist Scanning Technicians or QA Generalist with the committing of documents in OnBase
Review the accuracy of Certificate of Analysis creation for specific lots of products
Maintain device master records and documentation.
Assist Regulatory Affairs with Regulatory Audits, Customer Audits, and various assignments and projects as assigned or needed.
Minimum requirements include college courses and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet software required. College courses in biology, chemistry and physics are a plus.
