Automotive DMS SaaS Region Sales Manager Career Opportunity - West U.S.

Dominion's VUE is changing the DMS relationship by developing partnerships with New Vehicle franchise dealerships to deliver modern technology solutions. We are supporting and improving the dealership's business processes; enhancing their consumer experience and customer loyalty. Our Cloud Native platform separates VUE from everyone else in the industry. Allowing us to react faster and release software rapidly so that we can respond more effectively to the dealership's needs and in turn their own customers' needs.

The main role of the sales representative is revenue generation with a focus on new customer acquisition - "Hunter". Specifically, bringing on new customers within the Dominion VUE DMS "ideal customer profile" and allowing us to transition the customer to profitability as rapidly as possible.

This position will require directly applicable sales experience within the automotive dealership industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure new accounts and maintaining existing accounts

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Dominion DMS functionality

  • Focus on consultative relationship with the client by developing an understanding of their unique business needs

  • Develop an overall sales plan and forecast sales results for both the short and long term

  • Accountable for generating significant revenue and profit growth utilizing a disciplined and process-oriented approach.

  • Set clear, measurable performance goals to achieve assigned sales quota

  • Interface and work with internal teams through the sales and implementation process

  • Responsible to ensure all client information is entered into HubSpot in a timely manner

  • Understands industry segment and keep abreast of competitor developments in the market and/or territory

  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner with an appropriate resolution for the customer and company

  • Challenger Sales Methodology knowledgeable/certified

A remote option with access to major airport will be considered. Some level of travel will be expected.

VIEW JOBS 10/9/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-01-07T00:00 The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will be responsible for first line management of Osteoarthritis Account Managers (OAMs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) for Synvisc-One/Synvisc (a buy and bill and specialty pharmacy product) in alignment with a company's vision, value, and goals. The RSD will represent Sanofi Joint Health as a leader in the healthcare industry through demonstration and provision of dependable and credible education, information, and professional assistance. The Regional Sales Director is a high level first line manager role responsible for the oversight of a team of Osteoarthritis Account Managers (OAMs) who will be promoting approved client products within key institutions, IDN's etc. He/she will also be responsible for delivering on all contractual obligations, as well as personnel, and operational requirements. The RSD will report to the NSD and will work across the IQVIA organization and collaborate both internally and with the client to ensure all sales goals are met. Requirements: * Minimum of a bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university * 5+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry * 3+ years Sales leadership experience required * Key Account Management experience (e.g. experience in a hospital, Long Term Care, or Business to Business) required * 1+ year of Buy & Bill experience required * Contracting experience with IDNs and hospitals * Preferred Experience: * Experience working with a CSO preferred * Previous experience in the visco supplement market * Strong technological skills with an ability to demonstrate effective leadership and selling skills via virtual platforms * Ability to effectively communicate directly with the client to ensure that all goals and objectives are being met * Strong business acumen and ability to clearly and concisely convey and report detailed information to internal sales management, as well as the client * Ability to work cross-functionally within a team environment * Ability to travel as needed Responsibilities: * Recruit, interview, and hire OAMs * Develop and lead team to execute regional business plans and develop regional business strategies to meet client regional and national objectives * Responsible for performance management, as well as development and retention of OAMs * Provide training, coaching, follow-up, and development of OAMs in all phases of their work in the field and virtually * Act as a link between client and IQVIA for operational and Human Resources needs * Assist with the planning and delivery of training and client meetings to inform, train, and motivate OAMs * Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policies as required. * Monitor compliance regarding proper and appropriate use of approved client resources * Keep current on relevant matters including industry, client, and IQVIA business, policies, and procedures At IQVIA, we believe in pushing the boundaries of human science and data science to make the biggest impact possible - to help our customers create a healthier world.
