The Manager, Advanced Solutions, is part of the engagement team representing Advanced Solutions to both clients and internal teams throughout Epsilon. Successful candidates will have 2 years in digital advertising, hands on experience in technical ad-operations, campaign management, report creation and working directly with demanding clients. Your creative problem solving skills, technology comprehension and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment are also critical to success. Projects range from data onboarding and evaluation, to digital platform integrations, DMP administration, segmentation, audience creation, syndication, tracking and data strategy. Hands on DMP (Adobe, Oracle, Sales Force) experience required and exposure to offline data onboarding is ideal.
Ownership and responsibility for managing one or more work streams across multiple clients
Quickly establish trust and build relationships with clients and partners
Hands-on-keys DMP operational administration
Develop and maintain project plans
Maintain detailed and up to date status of work streams for team lead and other stakeholders
Analyze and identify insights, summarizing and preparing for internal and client presentations
Facilitate onboarding of online and offline client data into DMP
Serve as client digital audience and eco-system technical integration subject matter expert
Proactively research and troubleshoot with internal and external partners on clients behalf
Implement and maintain quality control measures both internally and with vendor partners
Work with team consultants to solve client digital challenges
Develop expertise in the digital platforms our clients use
Do everything with a sense of urgency
Evaluate and prioritize inbound requests to insure highest client satisfaction
Question the status quo embrace our culture of innovation and continuous improvement
4 year college degree required, advanced degree in relevant business or analytic field preferred
2 years minimum hands on experience in digital advertising platform operations (DMP/DSP execution), campaign management or reporting/analytics
Working knowledge of, or experience with DMP's
Experience interfacing with clients
Project or process management experience
Demonstrated creative problem solving
Clear understanding of digital advertising ecosystem
Offline data onboarding experience or familiarity a plus
Experience with digital integrations across multiple technology vendors
Comfortable working in a "startup" environment within a larger company
True self-starter with demonstrated ease working autonomously
Strong communication skills
Ease under stressful situations
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
