Primary Responsibilities:

  • General Warehouse work which includes, preparing boxes for next day and same day deliveries

  • Ordering supplies as needed

  • Maintain an accurate inventory

  • Driving includes make delivery to patient homes or medical facilities that are rush same day

  • Great Customer service is expected

  • Retrieving the proper documentation from the patient or customer in a timely manner and return the paperwork to the office in the proper place

  • Assisting the warehouse supervisor with receiving inventory into the warehouse, inspecting, product for damage while shipping and signing packing slips

  • Assisting the warehouse supervisor with pulling correct supplies for patients or customers

  • Assisting the warehouse supervisor with restocking shelves with inventory

  • Assisting the warehouse supervisor with the performance of any minor maintenance repairs or routine cleaning of storage containers in the warehouse or office areas

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent experience within the medical industry

  • 6+ months experience in a warehouse setting

  • 6+ months experience as a delivery driver

  • Must have a valid Ohio driver's license in good standing and verification of car insurance

  • Monday through Friday availability to work 8 hour shift between the hours of 9am to 7:30 with flexibility to make after hour deliveries if needed

  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience maintaining pump equipment for cleaning and shipping
