Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

As a Branch Manager, you can grow your career in many directions: Regional Manager/Leader and beyond. Our managers have integrity and are accountable for everything that they do, putting safety and people first to successfully lead teams to deliver results.

Here is glimpse of what you will do:

• Model Leadership; Connect with the people that you lead; Multiply talent.

• Lead Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.

• Operations: Full P&L responsibility.

• Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.

• Achieve operational goals/metrics.

• Provide on the job training through self or others.

• Other duties as assigned.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience prefer: construction/installation, trades.

• Full P&L experience.

• Clear Post-Offer Drug Screen.

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
