Job Summary

Coordinate and direct the functions of a territory consisting of 10 or more offices. Ensure compliance of company policy and achieve established standards for controls and profitable operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the branch offices

  • Interview and select division branch personnel

  • develop and maintain customer relations

  • Evaluate branch performance an d advise branch manager on corrective action, if required

  • Ensure account gain and loan volume for division

  • Confirm compliance of state and federal lending procedures

  • Minimize delinquent debt by ensuring appropriate lending and collection procedures

  • Confirm compliance with company record-keeping

  • Resolve any customer/employee grievances

Job Requirements:

Completion of training period as Manager or previous Cash Advance experience. Knowledge of State and Federal lending regulations. Valid State driver's license and acceptable driver's record. Access to reliable transportation for use in employment. Ability to travel frequently with overnight stays. Computer literate and able to operate a ten-key calculator.

Educational Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.

The Quality Manager will have a multifaceted role and will report directly to the Plant Manager. The Quality Engineer will also work directly with Corporate Quality and quality personnel from other plants to share improvement ideas and best practices. </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Jackson, MS 39204</p><p><strong>Quality Manager </strong><strong>Salary</strong>: $66,680 – 100,320 (Gr. 10)<br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>How you’ll contribute to the team:</strong><br></p><ul> <li>Work with plant leadership to ensure compliance of the Quality Management System.</li> <li>Ensure the plant has clear understanding of their quality processes and ensure internal audits are performed.</li> <li>Facilitate Management Reviews that align with ISO 9001:2015 Standard.</li> <li>Monitor claims and process data to establish quality improvement objectives. Establish cadence to ensure all Corrective and Preventative Actions are completed and effective.</li> <li>Involvement in the New Product Development process to ensure the plant has approved specifications and standards prior to the launch of new products.</li> <li>Ensure change management process is followed at the plant.</li> <li>Train all stakeholders on processes that affect the Quality Management System, including but not limited to, production associates, management team, and outside/corporate personnel.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What you'll bring to the table</strong>:</p><ul> <li>Engineering degree; Bachelor's</li> <li>5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Demonstrated Project Management skills</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization</li> <li>Experience with Quality Systems and optimization in a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Knowledge of process improvement techniques, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma</li> </ul><p><strong>We'll be excited if you have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Master's degree </li> <li>Previous experience with Statistical Process Control and Team Facilitation</li> <li>Experience with Minitab</li> <li>Experience with a Customer Service or Customer Interaction</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>You’ll see it in the vibrant colors of your school hallway, doctors and nurses will walk it while caring for your loved ones, your family will gather on it while creating everlasting memories.
