Robert Half is currently looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of a major company in the Central Ohio area. The company is strategically positioned with more than 200 operating locations in more than 40 countries to serve global as well as regional customers.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist in strategic planning and financial modeling, budget and forecasting processes, financial reporting, monthly financial performance analysis, capital expenditure project evaluation and control. As a consequence, you will have a responsibility for assisting top management to identify opportunities to improve the company?s profitability and financial returns (both short term and long term). ? Drive growth and profitability of the company by working with a business unit through strategic forecasting and business analysis, including capital expenditures, variance analysis, process changes, and internal management reporting ? Develop integrated, flexible expense analysis that identifies trends, potential issues, and highlights areas of high performance ? Oversee process to make sure that management reporting is completed on time and aligned with external reporting ? Involved in monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting processes ? Requirements
WORK EXPERIENCE ? 3-5 years of experience in an internal financial reporting, FP A, or planning type role preferred KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ? Desire to take on the responsibility of leading a finance function of a multi-billion-dollar business ? Proven leadership experience ? Ability to thrive in team-based settings ? Ability to create strong cross-functional relationships ? Strong communication and presentation skills ? Vigorous work ethic and high-performance standards ? Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environment ? Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to solve complex problems and arrive at logical well-thought solutions ? Advanced knowledge of excel ? Knowledge of HFM or Hyperion Planning preferred ? Your Opportunity: We seek and USACE Division Manager for the North Atlantic Division (NAD). The Stantec NAD Manager will co-report to Federal Program and Buildings leadership. The successful candidate will have responsibilities both in the North Atlantic USACE Division (NAD), the overall USACE Account Plan. Your Responsibilities: * Translate visionary leadership from National Account Manager to develop the Stantec USACE North Atlantic Division sub-account. * Understanding current relationships within Stantec and NAD and organizing that knowledge to develop a mature and viable divisional account * Forecasting and maximizing net revenue for the Division * Building and strengthening relationships with small businesses engaged in the Division market. * Performing strategic planning activities and identifying strategic pursuits within the Division. * Coordinating with other Division Leads to identify and discuss common issues * Performing activities relative to the management and execution of projects within the Division by production teams. * Overseeing and managing the activities of District Client Managers * Engaging Stantec Practice Leaders in Buildings, Water, Water Power and Dams, Environmental Service, and Environmental Services * Active engagement in programs, contracts and projects related to USACE NAD.
