Position Summary
The Division Controller oversees financial, cash management and reimbursement processes for facilities in assigned division in accordance with all laws, regulations, and LCCA standards Reports to Division Vice President (DVP).
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Specific Job Requirements
Oversees annual facility budget process
Oversees cash management activities of all facilities in division
Monitors Accounts Receivable in all facilities
Supports Regional and Division Field Controllers, who in turn train and support Business Office Managers
Supports company leadership with information gathering related to facilities within division
Communicates significant division financial information monthly to Division Vice President
Supervises division financial team
Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care's Code of Conduct and completes mandatory Code of Conduct and other appropriate compliance training
Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
