Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Preference will be given to individuals who possess:
Experience or training in supervision, budget, management, leadership, curriculum, project management, and mentoring.
Participation on/in District committees, task forces, and initiatives.
Demonstrated effectiveness in instruction.
Work Hours Compensation Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Special Instructions to Applicants
Internal Only; Non-probationary MCC faculty, OR MCC faculty with successful completion of five (5) years consecutive full-time employment at MCC in a discipline of the hiring campus's division on or before June 30, 2019.

Applicants selected for interview will be required to prepare a ten (10) minute teaching demonstration on an assigned topic.
