Eaton's Fluid Filtration Division within the
Hydraulics Group is seeking a Division Accounting Manager - Filtration. The DivisionAccounting Manager Filtration will be based at our Hydraulics Headquarters inEden Prairie, MN.
TheDivision Accounting Manager will contribute as leader of the global Filtrationaccounting and finance compliance, ensuring that the relatedcorporate/sector/segment standards, policies and procedures are developed andfollowed as prescribed. This includesmanaging compliance through updates and creation of division policies andprocedures, steering and monitoring SOX compliance, DSA validation and gapclosure, conducting/monitoring balance sheet reviews and managing the LORprocess. Responsible for providingguidance and support to the regional and HQ finance teams in the areas ofaccounting and finance compliance, including identifying and driving processimprovements across the Filtration Division. This position would be a key contributor in due diligence foracquisitions and divestitures.

Youwill provide operational accounting and internal controls guidance and supportto Filtration finance teams.
Youwill oversee Division internal controls program and full compliance to GAAP,Eaton Financial Policy and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Support both internal and external audits asrequired.
Youwill evaluate existing processes and procedures and deploy best practices anddrive process standardization.
Youwill identify key policy and procedure needs through interviews, review ofaudit findings, discussions with management as well as continuous examinationof the internal control environment to determine weaknesses and mitigate.
Youwill manage balance Sheet Reviews and ensures proper review coverage for allledgers, and ensures issues are resolved by required due dates.
Youwill coordinate monthly "red-flag" analysis to determine financial risk on keybalance sheet accounts.
Youwill be a key liaison for corporate functions, including identifyingopportunities to leverage shared service center resources for accountingsupport.

Bachelor'sdegree in business, accounting or finance from an accredited institution isrequired.
Minimumof 5 years of finance/accounting experience within manufacturing organizationsis required.
Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow or in the future.
MBAor CPA Preferred
Experienceof best practice implementation/end to end process improvement in accounting& finance
Provenexperience in identifying risks and weaknesses in internal control environment
Complianceexperience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Knowledgein GAAP and Eaton financial policies and procedures
Knowledgein Finance, General and Cost Accounting, AR and AP, Fixed Assets and Treasuryrequirements
Strongmanufacturing accounting background and a solid understanding of financialaccounting systems (Oracle, QAD /Mfgpro, Khalix a plus)
Globalcultural and business practice awareness
Stronginterpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to operateand deliver independently without day to day supervision
