The Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager will develop, implement and measures initiatives that build, promote and cultivate a more open, diverse and inclusive culture. In this role, you will work directly for the Chief Diversity Officer and collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to build and support inclusion initiatives in specific regions that align with the teams' global strategy, including the creation of systemic processes and behaviors that enable all employees to have a great experience together with a personal sense of belonging and value.
Lead and execute diversity and inclusion activities
Operationalize a management system around diversity and inclusion based on data, insights and ensure compliance
Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and predict future trends in our inclusion efforts
Build a diversity and inclusion calendar and website
Design and launch programs focused on building a culture of inclusion that drives our hiring, employee development and retention strategies
Collaborate with key business, legal and HR partners
Identify and build relationships with internal and external partners, including thought leaders and peer organizations, that deliver impactful solutions and ideas to support our inclusion strategies
Educate employees and managers on how to recognize, accommodate and appreciate individual differences, bridging those ideas to relate to and support company-wide business plans and initiatives
Assists with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce for the organization
10 years of program design and management and or project management coordination
2+ years in diversity & inclusion
1+ year of facilitation or public speaking experience
Experience researching, building and operationalizing strategic plans
Proven effectiveness leading diverse stakeholders including but not limited to executives, employee groups, external vendors and consultants
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Internal external communication & consultation experience
Experience in a consultative role, identifying issues and building roadmaps to solutions in a data-driven environment
Experience communicating with and establishing relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leadership teams
Proven track record of influencing, developing, and empowering employees across multiple locations
