Role:

The Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager will develop, implement and measures initiatives that build, promote and cultivate a more open, diverse and inclusive culture. In this role, you will work directly for the Chief Diversity Officer and collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to build and support inclusion initiatives in specific regions that align with the teams' global strategy, including the creation of systemic processes and behaviors that enable all employees to have a great experience together with a personal sense of belonging and value.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute diversity and inclusion activities

  • Operationalize a management system around diversity and inclusion based on data, insights and ensure compliance

  • Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and predict future trends in our inclusion efforts

  • Build a diversity and inclusion calendar and website

  • Design and launch programs focused on building a culture of inclusion that drives our hiring, employee development and retention strategies

  • Collaborate with key business, legal and HR partners

  • Identify and build relationships with internal and external partners, including thought leaders and peer organizations, that deliver impactful solutions and ideas to support our inclusion strategies

  • Educate employees and managers on how to recognize, accommodate and appreciate individual differences, bridging those ideas to relate to and support company-wide business plans and initiatives

  • Assists with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce for the organization

Requirements:

  • 10 years of program design and management and or project management coordination

  • 2+ years in diversity & inclusion

  • 1+ year of facilitation or public speaking experience

  • Experience researching, building and operationalizing strategic plans

  • Proven effectiveness leading diverse stakeholders including but not limited to executives, employee groups, external vendors and consultants

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Internal external communication & consultation experience

  • Experience in a consultative role, identifying issues and building roadmaps to solutions in a data-driven environment

  • Experience communicating with and establishing relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leadership teams

  • Proven track record of influencing, developing, and empowering employees across multiple locations

We are looking for an enthusiastic Software Program Manager with experience across technical disciplines within an Agile and Scrum-based development environment. This position requires a well-rounded individual who won't miss details while guiding multiple teams. Someone who can thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment and can distill complex problems into actionable work and help to drive projects to completion. You can join the team building products to power the next generation security operations center. Automating cyber threat detection and response enables security teams to address issues in seconds instead of hours. You can help these teams as they develop advanced automation and build services to enable Splunk customers to move at machine speed. Responsibilities: * Manage multiple teams guiding team members using Agile/Scrum practices. * Work closely with and across functional groups including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Docs, Education, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure clear lines of communication are maintained and program delivery is smooth and effective. * Ensure external dependencies are managed and internal needs are met. * Schedule and lead sprint meetings and various other team meetings as needed. * Track and report KPIs on sprint/project progress, track and drive resolution of issues. * Work with your peers across the organization to coordinate related or dependent release activities. * Ensure your teams have what they need to be successful. Requirements: * 3+ years experience in software program management or closely related roles with at least 2 years working within a team using agile or scrum methodology. * Experience with enterprise software and cloud technologies. * A history of managing multiple, concurrent software projects involving cross functional groups. Must understand the software development lifecycle. * Strong communication skills and command of Agile management practices. * Excel at decision-making, consensus building and conflict management. Must be able to juggle multiple, competing priorities while ensuring details are not lost. Must be able to communicate and act upon risks appropriately. * Strong technical acumen is required, with basic knowledge of key technologies and tools including JSON, SQL, JavaScript, C/C++ and Python. This knowledge doesn't need to be completely hands-on, but at a level of understanding required to manage development tasks and identify and resolve project issues as they arise. * Knowledge of source control systems, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket), Git, Excel, and Powerpoint a plus.
