Demonstrates extensive thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Developing and leading the execution of the firm's diversity strategy;
Leveraging deep subject matter specialist knowledge to bring a balanced perspective on current diversity trends, issues and emerging solutions;
Representing the Firm internally and externally as a thought leader on diversity and inclusion;
Writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff;
Providing oversight of a large, multi-level team of varying levels of experience and responsibility;
Interfacing confidently with senior leadership, either Line of Service or business area partner leaders, to drive collaboration, present new ideas, and maintain awareness of diversity initiatives;
Building and maintaining relationships at all internal and external levels, peers to leaders including effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization;
Setting outreach protocol to the relevant stakeholders to drive understanding of LoS and Firm HR priorities/strategies to drive alignment of National Diversity programs and implementation consistency across all groups;
Driving integration of diversity and inclusion strategies with firmwide/LoS human capital strategies;
Developing thought leadership efforts and program development to be applied across the firm;
Possessing the ability to influence Firm, Human Capital, LoS and IFS leaders in the development and execution of firmwide diversity and inclusion strategies;
Understanding and managing risk associated with diversity programs and initiatives;
Developing budgets for assigned programs and initiatives;
Driving the development of learning and development targeted towards furthering diversity and inclusion efforts; and,
Creating KPIs to measure business performance against targeted objectives.
