As a Facebook Diversity Business Partner, you will develop and execute strategic and holistic diversity strategies and programs with aligned tools, metrics and resources. Our goal is to enable the development and advancement of diverse internal talent, to strengthen our employer brand, and to increase volume of skilled diverse applicants and hires.

We are seeking a team-oriented and skilled diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to design, implement and execute holistic strategies aligned to the employee life-cycle. Key to this role is the ability to partner and integrate diversity and inclusion within HR and recruiting processes with the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collectively make an impact. This person will bring together both internal and external diversity events into one roadmap, including recruiting events, internal/external tech talks, community outreach and branding events across multiple locations.

DIVERSITY BUSINESS PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply expert understanding and expertise in role, demonstrates full range of one Diversity function

Regularly lead projects with frequent partnership across the Diversity team and HR/Legal/Recruiting functions

Be accountable for all strategy and operations of one or more competency areas

Lead solution implementation and measurement

Work results in measurable success

Influence internal clients to develop or partner on innovative, market-leading solutions

Take a broad perspective to problems and think holistically

Proactively identifies the root cause of complex issues across multiple program areas

Propose industry-leading and creative solutions and influences leadership to take action

Be accountable for results of managing risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectives

Influence and drive impact through broad internal and external working relationships

Be a trusted advisor and leverage deep knowledge of the company at all levels

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience with Recruitment, HR or Talent Management
    5+ years of diversity and inclusion experience

Experience with diversity content development and facilitation

Experience with project management, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and designing data-driven diversity program strategies

Experience with research and data analysis

Experience processing information and building solutions to challenges and approaches to opportunities

What's the role? Bloomberg's Diversity and Inclusion team is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Client Partner to help advance the company's global D&I initiative, and to serve as a thought partner and leader on the strategy and vision for diversity and inclusion in the business. We're seeking a creative and ambitious individual who can help to design, drive and deliver strategic D&I initiatives. We'll Trust You To: * Provide thought leadership, advice, coaching, solutions and consultation to HRBP's business leaders, D&I champions and the D&I task force * Analyze data trends, define and assess key business critical metrics and deliverable, short and long term * Works collaboratively across HR, Talent development and Recruiting team to develop innovative strategies and programs * Ensures business alignment with enterprise wide and regional strategies * Co-develop the strategy and vision for D&I in the business, providing guidance and consultation to HR partners, business leaders, managers, and employees * Analyze employment activities such as applicant flow, new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions to identify potential areas of focus and other opportunities to promote diversity initiatives * Stay up-to-date with regulatory and policy developments affecting Diversity & Inclusion * Represent D&I and Bloomberg overall through internal and external speaking events * Manage multiple projects following a matrix model, driving successful outcomes You'll need to have: * Solid experience in diversity and inclusion, with strategic and operational experience delivering D&I initiatives in partnership with a business * The ability to drive projects and initiatives as a self-starter with a strong client focus and outstanding critical thinking and communication skills. * Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business or HR-related program * Current experience in the design and execution diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives * Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling and interpersonal skills * Experience in analyzing and interpreting numerical data, and translating analyses into meaningful recommendations * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Power Point and Excel We'd love to see: * Experience working in technology or providing D&I partnership to a technology client group If this sounds like you: Apply!
