The Ads and Business Platform Programs Team supports the growth of the Ads and Business Platform (ABP) organization through scaled and high touch programs. At Facebook, product teams are passionate about people and businesses who use our platforms.

Having Empathy for our users and customers is critical and so isn't having Empathy for each other in the Facebook family. The ABP Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager will manage and deliver relevant, custom programs for ABPs unique D&I needs. They will support the ABP Task Force, Leadership and key stakeholders with strategic plans to Find, Grow, Keep & Amplify Diversity and Inclusion.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support ABP Leadership, HR, the London Tech Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee and stakeholders in the implementation of the Diversity and Inclusion programs: 1. Influence diversity strategies and practices across all of ABP 2.

    Translate industry best practices into readily consumable programs aligned to ABPs needs 3. Develop goals and strategies

implement and scale initiatives across all ABP sites 4. Establish guidelines, structure, and processes for D&I growth, engagement and active participation

Provide end-to-end project and program management for Education and D&I initiatives including design, implementation, budget management, operations, risk management and measuring and reporting progress of the program relative to desired outcomes

Partner with Recruitment & Communications team to identify and attract diverse candidates and opportunities to increase' employer brand in diverse communities, such as colleges and universities, professional associations and community organizations that supports company recruiting goals

Partner with Education D&I program managers across FB to promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption

Regularly assess the needs of audiences and their managers to propose and develop new scalable learning solutions to address their learning needs i.e. Onboarding support in Publisher Solutions group

Develop the teaching skills of subject matter experts (SMEs) to continually improve delivery skills and support development of creative ways to train target audience

Brings creativity and energy to projects and to challenges

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree
    4+ years of experience working in the D&I space
    4+ years of experience in fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, and experience identifying problems and work towards solutions

Experience prioritizing work with multiple demands

Experience coordinating multiple programs at the same time

Experience managing a diverse set of internal relationships, with experience influencing internal partners

Proven experience delivering programs, including conducting strategic needs analysis, program design, management, execution, and measurement

Demonstrated experience working independently, manage multiple concurrent project-functional, global, environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills with experience analyzing what context to share with a given audience

Experience developing fluid ideas (in partnership with a group of stakeholders), creating a structure and framework for work, and driving results in an ambiguous space

Experience working with partners to understand qualitative and quantitative data

Experience developing and adopting nuanced organization systems

Process oriented, quick to pick up on systems and develop them further

Focused on details, while still keeping overall context in mind
4+ years of experience as a project manager or program manager with a background establishing systems, supporting teams, and developing relationships

Experience in problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets

INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM MANAGER, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with Infra leadership and stakeholders to create and scale programs which bring the broader organization together toward the goal of improving cultural awareness, increasing inclusivity, and increasing representation of underrepresented people (URP) across Infrastructure (Infra) and broader Tech Create and implement methods which increase engagement and active participation of full-time employees and interns in Infra D&I initiatives Partner to quantify community and organizational pain points and challenges, prioritizing action in areas that will deliver greatest impact Facilitate and support execution of internal events, workshops and programs focused on professional development and increased sense of belonging for community members and allies Proactively manage expectations of all interested parties: define clear program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program, and ensure commitments are delivered Deliver programs that are repeatable, consistent, scalable and relevant for variable audiences (Individual Contributor to leader) Report on accountability metrics (scorecards/audits/reporting tools) to track progress on key metrics & goals Partner with Recruiting to increase engagement and impact of recruiting efforts including referral generation Partner with Facebook Employee Resource Group cross-functional teams to increase program awareness and opportunities for partnership Establish and foster strong working relationships with various global stakeholders and teams, ensuring that the programs foster an environment of a broader ally community MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of experience in project/program management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value and leading organizational change through learning and development 2+ years experience focused on diversity and inclusion efforts Project management skills and knowledge of project management best practices Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis Experience with diversity and inclusion challenges in a complex organization including KPIs and ROIs Experience in developing and leading cross-functional teams Experience influencing, relationship building and collaboration at global and cross-functional levels Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree Experience within engineering and technical operations Experience with SQL, Google Suite, Excel Macros and Tableau Experience in the technology industry or other engineering organizations Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
