The Ads and Business Platform Programs Team supports the growth of the Ads and Business Platform (ABP) organization through scaled and high touch programs. At Facebook, product teams are passionate about people and businesses who use our platforms.

The ABP Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager will manage and deliver relevant, custom programs for ABPs unique D&I needs. They will support the ABP Task Force, Leadership and key stakeholders with strategic plans to Find, Grow, Keep & Amplify Diversity and Inclusion.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
implement and scale initiatives across all ABP sites 4. Establish guidelines, structure, and processes for D&I growth, engagement and active participation
Provide end-to-end project and program management for Education and D&I initiatives including design, implementation, budget management, operations, risk management and measuring and reporting progress of the program relative to desired outcomes
Partner with Recruitment & Communications team to identify and attract diverse candidates and opportunities to increase' employer brand in diverse communities, such as colleges and universities, professional associations and community organizations that supports company recruiting goals
Partner with Education D&I program managers across FB to promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption
Regularly assess the needs of audiences and their managers to propose and develop new scalable learning solutions to address their learning needs i.e. Onboarding support in Publisher Solutions group
Develop the teaching skills of subject matter experts (SMEs) to continually improve delivery skills and support development of creative ways to train target audience
Brings creativity and energy to projects and to challenges
Experience prioritizing work with multiple demands
Experience coordinating multiple programs at the same time
Experience managing a diverse set of internal relationships, with experience influencing internal partners
Proven experience delivering programs, including conducting strategic needs analysis, program design, management, execution, and measurement
Demonstrated experience working independently, manage multiple concurrent project-functional, global, environment
Experience developing fluid ideas (in partnership with a group of stakeholders), creating a structure and framework for work, and driving results in an ambiguous space
Experience working with partners to understand qualitative and quantitative data
Experience developing and adopting nuanced organization systems
Process oriented, quick to pick up on systems and develop them further
Focused on details, while still keeping overall context in mind
4+ years of experience as a project manager or program manager with a background establishing systems, supporting teams, and developing relationships
Experience in problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
