Your role: As Diversity and Inclusion manager, located in the US, you will support implementing a multi-year D&I strategy and plan, developing both global and US-specific frameworks that support diversity & inclusion goals.

You will support the Head of Global D&I to further develop the D&I Strategy and operating model through research, industry benchmarking and data analytics. In alignment with the global D&I approach, you will ensure consistent governance, guidance and communication across US stakeholder groups (employees, leaders and HR). You will coordinate the leads of US based employee networks and manage their corporate budget. You will drive change management and communication initiatives, to advance our D&I agenda in the US and Canada. You will align your activities with HR legal office to ensure compliance with all U.S. labor laws and protected classes.

Who you are: You will have a minimum of 8 years of experience with a mix of HR, direct experience in the field of Diversity and Inclusion and/or project management related work.

A passionate and collaborative individual with the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization to help drive sustainable change. Diploma in Psychology or Human Resources, with knowledge or experience in business-oriented change programs; or Diploma in Business Administration with focus, experience or graduate work in HR-related topics. Experience in designing and implementing strategies and conceptual frameworks as well as change and communications solutions, with specific experience in diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Strong relationship builder and ability to influence various stakeholders. Experience with partnering with third parties and external vendors.

Provide primary contact for all captive operations, including financial statement preparation, regulatory and corporate compliance on behalf of captive owners. Performance Objectives: * Client Management: Responsibilities include being the clients' primary contact, preparation of financial statements; ensure captives are in compliance with all regulatory requirements which includes various filings for each client accurately and with specified deadlines. * Non-Routine Client Management: Perform special requests for clients, which may include tasks such as business plan changes, preparing financial proformas, or analyzing new agreements. Keep reviewer informed, and involved early on, with any non-routine changes and ask for guidance as needed. * Communication/Relationships: Responsible for the day to day client and service providers' communications for matters relating to captive business operations and insurance programs. This position must liaison with a number of professionals, including domicile regulators, auditors, actuaries, tax advisors, bankers and legal advisors. The Ideal Candidate Should Have: * Hold or working towards an Associates or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or related field preferred. * Previous experience working within a team environment in order to meet filing deadlines and requirements necessary. * Demonstrated analytical thought and the ability to think and complete tasks independently. * Accounting experience with attention to detail. * Excellent organizational skills a must. * Excellent Excel skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to make contributions on special projects as needed.
