We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage complex commercial projects, including retail and light industrial developments, with a minimum budget of $10 million. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects of at least $10 million. Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or changes in the scope of work. Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and effectively. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, with experience managing projects of at least $10 million. Must have retail and light industrial experience Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
