The District Social Worker and Student Wellness Coordinator provides communications and support to school district, parents, families, and students. These classifications focus on a range of services such as social work, parent education, community liaison, and community engagement. The primary responsibility is to assist students to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, by creating safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments while strengthening connections between home and school.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must possess a current Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential with specialization in School Social Work OR a PPS with any specialization and a Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW); and minimum of three years of experience. Requires a valid driver's license.
Bilingual Spanish is a MUST. Starting Date: August 1, 2024 The District grants up to 10 years verified experience.
Separate stipends for Masters and Doctoral degrees. Full family health coverage option for employee as well as employee, dental, vision and life insurance. Mandatory New Employee Orientation
Date TBD (No compensation).
