What is ProSolutions?

Our specialty rental team drives revenue by developing business relationships and providing customer focused solutions to our customers toughest Pump, Power and Climate Control challenges in industries including: Environmental and Restoration, Refineries and Petrochemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Sewer/Water/Municipal, Underground and General Contractors, Pipelines, Utilities and Industrial Facilities, Mining/Quarries, Entertainment and Special Events. They are subject matter experts and consultants for internal and external customers in the application of our fleet of pumps, generators, power distribution, and HVAC including Heat, AC, Chillers, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers.

The ProSolutions (Pump/Power/Climate Control) District Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving sales activities within assigned territory by managing sales team, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, reviewing market analyses and monitoring pricing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accomplish regional sales goals.

  • Manage Sales Representatives to ensure market growth and business plan objectives are met.

  • Develop training and conduct performance evaluations for Sales Representatives.

  • Participate in the hiring and promotion of sales representatives.

  • Assign sales territories to Sales Representatives.

  • Deliver sales presentations to top customers in coordination with Sales Representatives.

  • Meet with top customers, assisting Sales Representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

  • Analyze sales statistics to assist in promoting sales decisions.

  • Analyze market data and opportunities to ensure proper sales coverage.

  • Communicate with General Manager to ensure customer commitments are and opportunities are captured.

  • Collaborate with National Accounts and Industrial Resources Group on Sales initiatives.

  • Coordinate marketing and advertising efforts for local market awareness.

  • Direct and participate in customer appreciation programs.

  • Gain a personal relationship with the region's Top 20 accounts.

  • Gain personal awareness of the top 10 jobsites and its contractors in the region.

  • Communicate with region staff regarding fleet requirements.

  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition within assigned region.

  • Submit status reports and monthly itineraries to the Regional Manager of Operations.

Professional Experience

3-5 years of climate remediation, operations, and sales required; experience within the equipment rental industry and within the pump, power, and climate control market highly desired

1 to 3 years' experience with hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (a plus) and add-on applications to Salesforce.

Ability to work well with others across many organizations including development, sales, marketing, finance, customer support, and field service

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

  • Multiple comp plans producing earnings over $100k
