Credential/License Requirement A valid California School Nurse Services Credential or equivalent. REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS 1) Screenshot of CTC showing California Credential and copy of California Registered Nurse License 2) Resume 3) Three recent Letters of Recommendation. A minimum of two references for your work within the last 12 months 4) Transcripts
