The Position: All facets of branch parts operations for the company. Accountable for overall performance and profitability of branch Responsible for maximizing revenue and profit of parts operations in North America. The position facilitates and promotes parts departments.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Protect and maintain all assets of Great Da ne Trailers parts departments.

• Visit locations as required.

• Assist parts department in the retail sales efforts.

• Perform audits of all parts operations.

• Evaluate parts department effectiveness and make recommendations

• Review budgets and forecast for branch parts operations.

• Identify, implement and execute branch parts policies. Enforce policies as needed.

• Ensure compliance with federal regulations.

• Utilizing company resources, ensure a safe and responsible work environment is maintained.

• Facilitate education for all parts departments and managers.

• Work directly with customers and branch personnel to customize parts programs

• Handle and resolve customer complaints for branch parts customers as necessary • Make recommendation for new work processes, tools and procedures as necessary.

• Provide guidance in the implementation of National Parts Programs

• Assist, as necessary, in the implementation of safety procedures and policies in all branch parts locations, keeping current of OSHA changes

• Recruit and train new parts personnel.

• Maintains Branch Parts pricing in JDE and the Item Master.

• Provide JDE function training as necessary.

• Facilitate education to parts personnel.

• Maintain up-do-date knowledge of any regulatory processes, as necessary.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Skills:
