District Manager - South Florida (Luxury)

Join Our Growing Richman Signature Luxury Management Team as a District Manager in South Florida/Miami!

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time District Manager with a passion for community and excellence to join our esteemed Richman Signature (Luxury) Team.

Position: District Manager

Location: The District Manager will support luxury assets in Miami/Kendall, greater Miami for Richman Signature Properties.

Key Qualifications: Experience managing a newer portfolio of luxury property assets within a multi-family environment. Yardi property management software experience. Ability to frequently travel within portfolio including overnight. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational and financial aspects of the assigned portfolio

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

• Provide support to Property Managers and Supervisors

• Communicate regularly with Corporate Office

• Direct property marketing strategy to increase rentals

• Maximize revenue and control expenditures

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred; CPM designation helpful.

• Experience:

• Minimum 5 or more years of property management experience required; familiarity with Yardi software is preferred.

• Skills & Certifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Property Management Software

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to self-manage and prioritize

• Strong skills in hiring, staff development, budgeting, and marketing planning

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

• Valid Driver's License required
