The District Manager plays a vital role in growing Anheuser Busch's profit-share by building strong relationships with Wholesalers to achieve optimal sales within a designated geographical area.

District Managers (DMs) are highly motivated representatives of Anheuser-Busch committed to growing sales and share of market within their geographical area. DM's leverage analytical and communication skills to assist with wholesaler sales forces to execute national marketing and sales strategies. DM's also work with wholesalers to achieve stretch targets and ensure compliance in accordance with agreed upon standards of excellence outlined in each wholesaler equity agreement. Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and present information to wholesaler sales teams

  • Commitment to sales and share growth within district

  • Manage the execution of national and local sales and marketing plans

  • Partner with wholesaler sales teams to ensure superior execution at retail

  • Assess and monitor wholesaler compliance in accordance with WEA standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field

  • Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with data analysis and presenting to groups

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree

  • Prior work experience in the Consumer Products Goods (CPG) industry

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, procedures, and procedures within the alcohol beverage industry

  • Experience with heavy data analysis and driving

  • Beer/alcohol industry knowledge
