We are seeking a growth minded District Manager who will provide overall vision, planning, direction, control to assigned facilities within the region, and exceed operating and financial goals. The District Manager will provide guidance and motivation to managers and other staff. The successful leader must set objectives, monitor performance, train and develop team members while focusing on high food quality and standards to exceed our customer's expectations.
Monitor overall financial performance of accounts to ensure profitability
Manage planning, budget analysis and reporting for district
Ensure adherence to company's food quality and merchandising standards, and proper management and maintenance of company resources and assets
Perform operational audits of district units and design improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity
Monitor and ensure development of realistic and accurate forecasts at unit level and develop realistic and accurate District forecasts
Lead development of overall business planning as well as selling new businesses and growing existing business
Manage team members in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service
Lead and direct overall operations of multiple facilities in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and company policies
Develop team members through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance
Minimum 8 years management experience in a multi-unit role and/or training at District Manager level
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management or Certified Dietetic Manager program is highly desirable

ServSafe certified and HAACP knowledge
Ability to review and make decisions based on financial analysis
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Web-Based Applications

Must have excellent communication skills at all levels
5+ years' experience managing and developing client relationships
Strong negotiating skills
Possess a Positive Can-Do-Attitude
