To continue our growth, we are seeking an experienced District Manager to join our highly skilled team.

What You'll Do

As a District Manager for OpenWorks you will be responsible for creating and maintaining solid long-term business relationships with customers, growing business with new and existing customers, ensuring that account retention objectives are achieved and acting as liaison between OpenWorks' franchisees and customers.


  • Conduct timely account reviews, visitations and inspections for janitorial and other facility services

  • Identify, document, resolve any service related issues to the customer's satisfaction

  • Consult, educate and strategize to sell additional facility services to your accounts

  • Train and support service providers with on the job training and sharing of best practices

What We're Looking for in You

  • Strong background in customer service and account management

  • Solid computer skills required, specifically in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Desire to learn, train, and develop strong relationships with internal and external customers

  • Previous commercial cleaning and janitorial experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required

Job Summary The Facility Operations team member keeps the building in clean and orderly condition and works to set up and break down rooms for events at the NASCAR Hall of Fame and Convention Center. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities * Sets up table and chairs, and assists with building stages. * Breaks down table, chairs, and stages post-event. * Maintains the facility, performing general routine cleaning and maintenance that includes but not limited to sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming exhibit halls, meeting rooms, restrooms, hallways, stairs, office space, and building exterior; empties trash and garbage containers. * Communicates daily with management and team via two-way radio throughout scheduled work time. * Operates equipment to include: pallet jack, forklift, carpet extractor, scrubbers, riding vacuum and walk behind vacuum cleaner. * Provides excellent customer service to our clients at all times. * Complies with all CRVA policies and procedures and department guidelines. * Maintains professional attire, image and demeanor at all times. * Must be able to work flexible hours to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. * May perform other duties as required. Scope of Responsibility * This job has no budgetary responsibilities. Supervisory Responsibility * This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Knowledge and Skill Requirements * Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. * Basic Math Ability. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. * Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. * Ability to anticipate customer needs, builds positive relationships with customers and vendors, goes the extra mile to satisfy and exceed customer needs. * Treats all customers and vendors with highest degree of respect and courtesy, delivers exceptional service to internal and external customers. Education and Experience * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. * A minimum of six months prior event setup experience is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands * The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 40 pounds. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. * The employee must regularly use power hand tools.
