Description:

Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) provides uniforms and related products to more than 400,000 customers nationwide, in virtually every industry. From designing and manufacturing to laundering and delivering, AUS works with local and national clients to create and maintain a total uniform solution that promotes teamwork and establishes a professional identity. AUS operates from over 200 locations nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain outstanding customer service within assigned geographic area

  • Recruit, select, hire, develop and educate Route Sales employees

  • Effectively manage district's top 100 accounts through Quality Control Monitoring

  • Aid in conducting evaluations of staff to provide feedback on their overall performance, growth and customer service skills

  • Create a pervasive sales culture that fosters a strong brand orientation and supports achievement of sales objectives

  • Proactively follow up on accounts in jeopardy and lost accounts

  • Identify growth areas and retain 100% of the district's customers

  • Make direct service calls and resolve service concerns expeditiously

  • Maintain close coordination with production department regarding service and customer issues

  • Perform route observations weekly

  • Partner with sales organization to identify areas of growth

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Two years of service and route-based industry experience, with proven track record for growing accounts

  • Operate a Step Van or similar vehicle

  • Previous P&L accountability and/or Contract-Managed service experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and customer service skills

  • Must be able to frequently lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistance

  • Solid computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software

  • Open to relocation for advancement opportunities

  • Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks

VIEW JOBS 3/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-13T00:00 Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to develop and maintain banking, lending and wealth management relationships with affluent individuals and professional corporations by marketing commercial, consumer, mortgage, investment and trust products and services. * Business Development/Growth * Individual Portfolio Management * Generate Fee Income through accumulation of Assets under Management * Quality Service (Internal and external) * Compliance with regulations and loan policy General customer base and portfolio size; 150 to 250 Customers. Secondary purpose, supervises, directs and supports all activity in the Private Banking Department, including account management, lending activities (within prescribed guidelines), business development, budgeting, and compliance. Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities: * Make sales calls on current and prospective clients. * Analyze client's needs, developing creative solutions for their financial needs. * Cross sell other banking services, such as Investment Management and Trust services. * Network with other calling officers for referrals. * Develop relationships with professional advisors, such as attorney and accountants, for referrals. * Evaluate loan requests and seek required approvals, if required. * Establish appropriate risk assessment for loan portfolio. * Determine pricing methodology for new loan requests to ensure adequate portfolio yield. * Maintain minimal levels of past due and classified loans and documentation exceptions. * Ensure that the majority of borrowing clients maintains a deposit relationship. * Periodically review individual portfolio to determine if clients meet Private Banking criteria and if not, transfer to appropriate area of the bank. * Participate in requested interdivisional projects. * Maintain a standard of client service, which exceeds the client's expectation. * Remain current on changes to relevant federal/state laws. * Ensure that all presented and approved loans are closed in a manner consistent with loan policies and prudent lending. * Provide technical support and leadership with respect to all areas of Private Banking, including account management, approved lending activities, business development and compliance. * Directs business development activity of Private Banking area, coaching sales activity of direct reports, and development and maintenance of appropriate marketing materials. * Manage balance sheet and income/expense budget for Private Banking. Direct, monitor, coach and evaluate performance and productivity of Private Banking employees. Plan, assign and oversee allocation of responsibilities and work flow within Private Banking. * Exercise oversight and guidance of compliance activities within Private Banking area.
