Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) provides uniforms and related products to more than 400,000 customers nationwide, in virtually every industry.   • Establish and maintain outstanding customer service within assigned geographic area

  • Recruit, select, hire, develop and educate Route Sales employees

  • Effectively manage district's top 100 accounts through Quality Control Monitoring

  • Aid in conducting evaluations of staff to provide feedback on their overall performance, growth and customer service skills

  • Create a pervasive sales culture that fosters a strong brand orientation and supports achievement of sales objectives

  • Proactively follow up on accounts in jeopardy and lost accounts

  • Identify growth areas and retain 100% of the district's customers

  • Make direct service calls and resolve service concerns expeditiously

  • Maintain close coordination with production department regarding service and customer issues

  • Perform route observations weekly

  • Partner with sales organization to identify areas of growth


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Two years of service and route-based industry experience, with proven track record for growing accounts

  • Operate a Step Van or similar vehicle

  • Previous P&L accountability and/or Contract-Managed service experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and customer service skills

  • Must be able to frequently lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistance

  • Solid computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software

  • Open to relocation for advancement opportunities

  • Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks

VIEW JOBS 3/22/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-20T00:00 Position Summary: Provides affiliate oversight for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function at Novato Community Hospital. Manager will act as an employee and management champion and change agent. Will assess and anticipate HR-related needs and communicates needs proactively with HR VP and CoE (Centers of Expertise), when appropriate to meet business objectives. Manager formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Serves in an authority and decision maker role on HR related issues vvhen interfacing with NCH leaders. May serve as a member of the NCH's senior leadership team and provide input and support on overall business objectives. Education/Certification/Licensure: BA/BS in HR or Business required, or, equivalent education/experience. Master's degree preferred. PHR/SPHR is desired. Lean Certification desired. Experience: Experience as a senior level human resources position preferred. Seasoned leadership/supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, demonstrating success in the development and implementation of budgets, Human Resources policies, practices and programs is required. Experience in a multi-site integrated system in a matrix management environment and Human Resources experience in a union environment is helpful. Must have demonstrated experience managing complex organizational change and productivity improvement resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies. Experience in organizational redesign is strongly desired. Knowledge and Skills: Must be familiar with national labor market trends and the development of effective labor forecasting and recruitment and/or development strategies. Must have well established concept of the contemporary definition of human resources management and how to make it effective within the organization. The successful individual must have the ability to understand and manage change and transition. Must be open to sharing information and collaborating with others in the organization. Excellent leadership, persuasion and negotiation skills, good facilitator and consensus builder who is able to lead change Must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff and management leaders. Must have excellent interpersonal (written, oral and presentation) skills and have the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment. Must have well developed problem identification, analytical and problem resolution skills. Must have demonstrated organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects within given timelines. Knowledge of CA labor and wage and hour laws. Must be able to represent human resources in an influential and persuasive way in dealing with a broad range of human resources issues. The individual must be able to demonstrate knowledge of all areas of human resources to the degree to necessary to provide leadership on major human resources policies, programs and initiatives. Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information. A creative, conceptual thinker, who is a passionate human resources advocate and can articulate the human resources vision within the affiliate. Special Requirements: Requires travel throughout the organization 10-50% of the time. Typically day trips, occasionally overnight. May require evening or weekend work during peak project activity.
