Sodexo is seeking a District Manager to oversee multi services for a portfolio of business in North Carolina. This portfolio includes 13 contracts in a growing market to include predominately food but also Soft/Hard FM services.
This position is based in the greater Raleigh/East Carolina.
You will work within some Multi Site clients and Sodexo teams who require high level of engagement, innovation and reporting. You will influence client food services based on market research and emerging food trends needed to support new and existing food concepts, food innovations and menus. Candidates having a marketing and culinary background is a plus.
Ideal candidate will have a proven Multi Site or District Manager level experience with strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication skills, and project management skills. An exceptional eye for detail and innovation in the Hospitality Industry is required.
Strong team development and proven client relationship skills required. Experience managing, leading and working with Soft FM services is a plus.
Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the properties through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development.
Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload. Works with clients and National Executive Account Directors in all matters relating to Multi Site contracts and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention.
This position will report to the Senior Vice President. #LI
Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development.
Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager's.
