Position: District Literacy, Assessment and MTSS Lead. Licensed in English Language Arts or related field.

Position Summary: The District Literacy Lead, Assessment Coordinator, and MTSS Lead is a multifaceted role designed to enhance literacy outcomes, ensure effective assessment practices, and lead the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) implementation across the district. This individual will collaborate with district administration, educators, and support staff to drive initiatives that improve student achievement through evidence-based practices in literacy, comprehensive assessment programs, and the MTSS framework.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in reading, education, special education, or related field

• Completion of MDE-approved Professional Development programs (CAREIALL, OL&LA or LETRS for Educators)

• A mission-driven individual with a belief in and commitment to PACT's mission, vision, and character-traits.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in reading, education, special education, or related field
• LETRS/OL&LA/CAREIALL??
• Salary will commensurate upon experience. 1.0 FTE (Range: $52,500 - $68,250, Master's Degree: additional $3500.00)

The PACT Secondary campus is located at 7729 161st Ave NW between Central Park in Ramsey and the St.

Katharine Drexel Church property. It's located on 161st Ave NW between Armstrong Blvd NW and Variolite Street NW. The parcel has a beautiful line of trees and wetlands and provides a gorgeous backdrop for the new Secondary Campus.

Many parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail system. Many people have chosen to live in Ramsey because of its rural character, wetlands, wildlife, and housing choices. U.S.

Highways 10/169 and State Highway 47 are two main routes. Northstar Commuter Rail stops in Ramsey and runs to and from downtown Minneapolis.
