General Description of Position Goals Under general supervision, to perform a variety of clerical work involved in compiling recording and reporting attendance of attendance records and scheduling

Essential Job Duties:1. Enter information, changes and corrections pertaining to all student attendance issues from school sites to data processing.2.

Performs student registration in order to provide efficient and courteous student and parent services.3. Prepare and verify data pertaining to report cards, progress reports, loss reports, and related reports as assigned.4. Retrieve reports from data processing equipment as required.5.

Maintain required records and files as required by auditors.6. Enter information into data processing equipment including, but not limited to, class schedules, student class assignment, Saturday school, etc.7. Prepare and verify data pertaining to report cards as assigned.8.

Assist new teachers and other support staff with the procedures of daily attendance recordkeeping. 9. Greets and assists parents and visitors in Front Office.

Education and Experience Required: Education: High School Diploma or the equivalent Experience:

Three (3) years of clerical and record keeping experience Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing: TB Test Clearance Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance Successfully Pass District Assessment Valid California Driver's license All District employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Successful applicants for this position will be required to submit proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or request an exemption for qualifying medical or religious reasons during the onboarding process.
