Distribution Technician (Linwood, PA/Onsite)

To support the Distribution Department by receiving, preparing, cleaning, testing, configuring, purging, downloading, fulfilling, and shipping orders accurately and timely.

Your role:

• Breaking down inbound packages/kits that come in from customers, remove used materials and delivering to the next operation.

• Assisting in bringing the packages to and from the delivery truck.

• Cleaning, sorting, and prepping materials for reuse.

• Building and prepping kit packs from scratch (inserting items into boxes with appropriate devices/components/contents).

• Sorting consumable supplies for reuse or trash.

• Performing device prep including, plugging, testing, cleaning, charging, purging data and scanning returned devices from patients.

• Testing devices using computer assisted testing software, to meet or exceed predefined testing criteria.

• Sorting and removing nonworking devices for further evaluation and repair, if necessary.

• Performing inventory transactions timely and accurately.

• Performing software upgrades, when required.

You're the right fit if:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in product testing, distribution, inspection and/or inventory control preferred

• Proficiency in Windows based applications and MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow work instructions and work safely

• Must be detail oriented and a team player

• Must be sensitive to patient needs/data and patient confidentiality

• Experience with electronic medical devices, modems, electronic testing devices and simulators (a plus)

• Order fulfillment experience is (a plus)

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to Linwood, PA.
