The Distribution Support Analyst is part of the Distribution Strategy team, which is responsible for ensuring operational consistency and effectiveness in support of growth initiatives. The Distribution organization encompasses Retail Banking, Branch Operations & Administration, and Sales Strategy and Development.
The Analyst role reports to the Strategic Support Director, and will be responsible for analyzing and solving complex problems related to the Distribution organization.This includes identifying and structuring problem statements, analyzing root causes, developing and communicating recommendations/solutions, and getting buy-in for change. The role will also contribute to the development of strategies to grow the household base, improve profitability and operating leverage, drive sales effectiveness, optimize the physical and digital operating model, enhance the client experience, and simplify processes
Primary responsibilities include:
Support efforts to define the Distribution strategy and initiatives that will drive growth and profitability for the Consumer Bank. Partner with Distribution leaders to diagnose problems, identify and prioritize opportunities, develop comprehensive strategies, and drive profitable solutions.
Help to define our distribution model for the future - across branch, contact center, and digital channels. Partner with all lines of business to make recommendations on how we should refine our branch roles and responsibilities, career paths, and staffing levels.
Develop presentations for senior management, synthesizing key findings of analyses and recommendations. Raise and present key findings to team leaders.
Research and analyze competitive market and industry trends to support business strategies; identify salient findings; present results.
Identify opportunities to simplify program processes for the distribution organization; analyze the potential impact; make recommendations; and execute changes.
