Distribution Supervisor- Direct Hire

Job Description Job Description Job description The Distribution Supervisor will provide on shift leadership for distribution center teams working in a wide of distribution center activities related to unloading, sorting, separating and receiving and put away on in-bound goods, replenishment, picking of store orders, processing returns, loading of trucks, inventory controls and quality auditing. Responsibilities of the Distribution Supervisor:

Assist in training of new Distribution Center employees Planning work schedules for employees to insure adequate staffing is available for critical business needs Assigning work to team members on a daily basis in the most efficient ways Monitoring work performance of individuals in their area for productivity, quality, safety, procedural compliance and giving appropriate reinforcing or adjusting feedback Requirements of the Distribution Supervisor: Minimum 3 year's of supervisory experience Minimum 5 year's experience in distribution operations, with RF devices, order picking, receiving, logistics experience Prior experience with a tier 1 or 2 WMS system required Bachelor' s Degree required Proficient on Excel, MS Word Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8- 10 hour shift Education:
