How I will contribute
The responsibility of the Distribution Specialist is to gather payroll information and present it in a professional manner for the client.
Gather reports and checks from printers.
Follow instructions and put information into a presentable package for the client
Organize and retain accurate records of all items packaged
Create checklists for outgoing packages
Maintain Fed Ex/USPS operating systems
Assisting Client Service Representatives as needed
Organizing information for various requests from multiple departments
Maintaining and distributing notices to clients
Packaging and sending out Quarterly and W2 information
Ability to work overtime as needed during busy season
Perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required
What I will bring
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior office experience with payroll, accounting or client services preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Organization, attention to detail, flexibility and strong ability to multi-task
Ability to collaborate with others as a team
General computer skills
Ability to work without direct supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Team player, supportive, and helpful with staff & clients
