Job Overview

Distribution Operations establishes and coordinates business practices for our brand with numerous departments within DTNA and with our network partners including dealer/distributors within NAFTA and Internationally. The Distribution Analyst will facilitate and initiate legal agreement documentation to ensure that the network is correctly managed within DTNA's systems.


  • Review network partner information for accuracy and prepare legal agreements for the network partner locations.

  • Maintain the integrity of all legal agreements and the Distribution Operations database.

  • Process documentation to meet critical timelines and deadlines.

  • Coordinate the approval process of distribution outlet/customer candidates with management, field personnel and finance operations.

  • Ensure that the network partner is set up appropriately to populate on websites, and in other DTNA systems.

  • Process the termination of accounts.

  • Analyze, update, report on, and develop the customer master file, and distribution outlet performance database.

  • Administer the annual distribution contract renewal process.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist to implement subsequent changes.

  • Contribute strong team building skills and opportunities within the department.

  • Assist other business units and departments in applying strong, constructive problem solving skills to resolve issues.

  • Participate, contribute, and support other departmental project opportunities and advance in training and developmental skills.

  • Develop ad hoc and monthly reports as necessary for management and other departments.

  • Coordinate with legal and state governments to ensure compliance with state franchise and manufacturer related statuettes.

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college required

  • An attached resume is required

  • Degree in Business preferred.

  • One year of contract management experience required.

  • Self-starter with strong leadership skills and proven success in project management required.

  • Problem solving skills and continuous improvement skills with proven implementation required.

  • One year of experience in working with key customers, understanding of legal structure and authorizations required.

  • Candidate must be well organized, able to handle multiple & detailed tasks, effectively prioritize, and work professionally with various levels of Management required.

  • Proficient skills in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint required.

  • Solid and effective communicator with good networking skills required.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management required.

  • Strong communication skills required.

The purpose of this position is perform the duties of a Senior Operations Research Analyst to provide power and environmental value to customer utilities of the Pacific Northwest through analysis of the business practices, rate structures, energy resource planning and operating characteristics of public utilities. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities As an Operations Research Analyst, you will: * Serve as a Senior Operations Research Analyst responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing studies of marked difficulty and responsibility in support of the functions of the organization. * Plan, coordinate, and execute studies of marked difficulty; including using judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness to resolve specific complex and/or intricate issues and problems. * Coordinate and direct the work of analysts to accomplish portion of research tasks to complete energy efficiency studies. * Set up the problem; conduct background research; collect and reduce data; display data for analysis; formulate mathematical expressions; and draw conclusions. * Develop new methods and criteria; and/or propose new policies and practices. * Develop and deliver briefings, project papers, status/staff reports, and correspondence to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations and to present, explain, and defend controversial issues.
