Position Summary:

This position is for Corelle Brands East Regional Distribution Center in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Plan, direct, and coordinate the shipping and receiving departments while providing growth and development opportunity for personnel and maintaining sound employee relations. Collaborate with management and lead personnel in all departments to ensure production objectives are met, and consistently execute safety and quality work objectives to progress organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise the costs, quality, quantity, and efficiencies associated with the storage and movement of goods, and the accurate adherence to customer requirements.

• Develop, monitor, and analyze performance tools to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, accuracy, and safety measures are being met and maintained.

• Manage and allocate staffing requirements accordant with changing needs

• Provide direction, advice, and discipline to all department employees.

• Establish and implement programs, policies, and organizational objectives.

• Analyze logistical barriers and develop solutions to overcome them.

• Implement and maintain all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management

• Minimum 4-6 Years Operations Management Experience

• Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

• Strong Verbal/Written Communication Skills

• Ability to Multi-Task

• Self-Starter with Process Improvement Skills

• Time and project management

• Background in Lean Manufacturing is a Plus

• SAP experience preferred

• Warehouse management systems
