Summary

This role will also support Distribution management within logistics, including transportation and fleet maintenance. Responsible for creation of and generation of key performance metrics. Experience is required in managing multiple projects and ability to effectively multi-task. This role will be responsible for demonstrating our Producers Dairy Core Values and carrying out our purpose of Nourishing Lives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis in various areas relating to Distribution operations.

  • Prepare and publish KPIs and performance reports

  • Maintain critical data elements for ongoing analysis.

  • Develop strong working relationship and working knowledge with supply chain internal and external customers and suppliers

  • Generate and maintain metric reports, product quality discrepancy reports, issue daily open delivery report for customer service, and other departmental prep charts

  • Assists VP in special projects as directed.

  • Populates weekly reports timely and distributes to team for review.

  • Contributes and guides others to understanding and supporting our cost conscious culture.

  • Assists in the development and leadership of short and long term planning activities covering all aspects of the distribution operations, includes budget templates, monthly-weekly metrics etc.

  • Monthly Out of Scope Recap for Accounting (QC Vas Offset Credit)

  • Utilizing SAP to view all General Ledgers and Cost Center activity to insure all invoices submitted have posted and identify any additional invoices/expenses that pertain to month closing

  • Identifying and quantifying Labor pertaining to integration/projects

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of principles, methods and practices pertaining analyzing data and formulating into reports and or scorecard formats.

  • Accurate record keeping; research and cost reporting procedures; budgeting; inventory control.

  • Microsoft Power Point, Expert in all aspects of Microsoft Excel, and raw data analysis.

  • Building spreadsheets to include charts graphs as well as building power point presentations.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

  • Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines effectively.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.

  • Highly detailed orientated with strong organizational skills
