Individual will review work provided by client (Consumers Energy) and assess requirements of the scopes;
In state of Michigan employees may be asked to do some field work but if they absolutely do not want to do field work they will work with candidate to come up with a solution
Out of state candidates will be provided field pictures and measurements to use for their designs. Field info will also include info related to possible easements that need to be crossed, roads that need to be crossed, trees that would interfere which would then translate into permits being obtained to complete the final package.

Software will help make decisions on wood pole loading, guying calculations, specifying conductor sags, tensions for recommended spans, and calculation of voltage drop and flicker.
Eventually turn in final electrical design package which will include - Field pictures, measurements, design work, Analysis, BOM/Build Of Materials, and permits which are then used by the client/Consumers Energy as their field construction packages.
