Distribution CX Coordinator

Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for the category and sales coordination occurring within many of our largest customers, supporting our growth and CX with each, including the movement, production, and logistics within our internal distribution system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but not limited to:

• Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and always promote teamwork.

• Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers and Pacific Seafood locations.

• Coordinate and execute on purchase orders, order entry, production, and fulfillment of key categories or initiatives on top assigned customers.

• Analyze, organize, and follow up on the S&OP (sales and operations planning) in our supply chain to achieve alignment and optimum execution on assigned functions in the organization.

• Support the Processing and Aquaculture resource planning requirements and delivery to the market.

• Be responsive to changes in project priorities.

• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to successfully perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Required:

• Two-year related experience and/or training.

Preferred:

• College education

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

• Valid driver's license

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Must be able to travel to our operating locations as needed.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

• Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
