A role as an Operations Manager provides a chance to influence with a focus on safety, leadership, excellence, self-motivation, problem-solving and teamwork. Create a positive work environment though real-time observation and specific, constructive and actionable feedback. Working with a sense of urgency will help ensure that ensure that operational plans are executed, performance and budget goals are achieved and teams are kept informed and coordinated across functions. You'll have the autonomy to innovate with new approaches to process and method, all in the name of more efficiency and implementing future process flow optimization. Your ability to find root causes to problems will be well supported by an environment of calculated risk and testing. And your commitment to others will shine when you jump right in to help teams meet their business goals.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms

  • Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center, for example, ability to traverse conveyor crossovers

VIEW JOBS 8/6/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-11-04T00:00 The Department operates two inpatient service locations, one on the Waukesha Memorial Hospital Campus and one at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. These two locations combine to complete over 1,700 inpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff care for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and medical diagnoses. The department has 13 occupational therapists, and 3 occupational therapy assistants. Hours: Clinics are open 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday, and 8 to 5:30 on Fridays. Full Time / Part Time: Pool/As Needed - no Benefits FTE: 0.01 What You Will Do: The Occupational Therapist will prescribe, delegate and coordinate the patient plan of care for rehabilitation. The OT establishes a prognosis, and plan of treatment, implements occupational therapy treatment for patients based on evaluation results and plan of care. The OT is responsible to re-assess the ongoing effects of treatment, collaborate with and provide consultation to others in care delivery. This profesisonal will also supervise occupational therapy assistants.
